New designed Flight Case, DJ Mixer Coffin for Pioneer DJ Mixers

Flight case for DJ mixer is quite normal in bars or concerts. Since your mixers are expensive and easy to break in transport. You need a case to host and protect your DJ mixer, to keep it away from damage in long way transport. Pioneer mixer is a kind of DJ mixer in certain size. Flight cases for Pioneer mixer should be made in special on internal structure.

Usually, there are mainly two parts constructed in this DJ mixer case, the base and the cover. Here we introduce two models for example, Model A and Model B. These two models are nearly the same. Model A is made of 9mm thickness black hard plywood, fireproof and tough hard. It’s constructed of thick plywood on the base and thin on the cover to keep the case lying stable. There are three cube foam sticking on the cover to minimize the shock from outside to the mixer. Three little disassemble doors on the base just for placing Pioneer DJ mixer inside. Interior casters for purpose of easy moving. Compared with Model A, Model B is different on the thickness of outside plywood. The base and the cover thickness is 9mm and other four sides are made of 5mm wooden board pitched by black black plywood on two sides. It’s harder and stronger than Model A on the shell.


For some occasions when using your DJ mixer in outdoor parties, it’s inconvenient for using DJ mixer without a table. Here we designed a special mixer case with light bracket. You can take your mixer inside the case together with the bracket anywhere and use your DJ mixer without placing on a heavy table. Since the bracket can be strongly screwed your case, you don’t have to worry about your mixer gear falling down. Pioneer DJ mixer case has been upgraded into new styles, this model is one of them
